for the Sheriff’s Office efforts in promoting diabetes awareness

Somerset County Jail’s full compliance with state inspection
standards for 16 consecutive years at a recent freeholders’ meeting.
Also, Joseph Hartmann, coordinator of county services for the
New Jersey Department of Corrections, far right, joins Freeholder
Fontana, Sheriff Provenzano, Warden Charles O’Neill, holding the
state’s certificate for compliance, and Deputy Warden Thomas Kelly.
Mr. Hartmann presented the certificate at the meeting.
